We built a full CRM on Palantir Foundry with native digital signatures. Contract turnaround dropped by 60% with Zero Document Chase.
Built with OSDK + AIFDE
Palantir Foundry shines at analytics. Ontologies, pipelines, AI-driven decisions—that's its home turf. But what happens when you treat it as a full-stack app platform? That's what our team at Aavya LLC set out to explore. The result: a production-grade CRM built entirely in Foundry, with end-to-end digital signatures powered by the Ontology SDK (OSDK).
The problem we solved
Managing customer relationships at scale takes action, not just visibility. Teams juggle too many tools. CRM in one place, docs in another, e-signatures somewhere else. Every handoff slows deals and loses context. So we asked: what if CRM, data, AI, and signatures all lived in one place?
Shipping fast with AIFDE
Our engineers used AI-powered Forward Deployed Engineer (AIFDE) to move from idea to deployed feature fast. Describe the intent, and it spins up object types, links, and actions—wired to live data on day one. We shipped working screens in days, not weeks.
Signatures as first-class data
No third-party tools. No platform exits. No webhook headaches. Trigger a signature request inside the CRM. OSDK captures the state, updates the ontology object, and surfaces the signed doc to stakeholders in real time. Signatures become queryable, auditable data that fuels reporting and AI workflows downstream.
Why ontology-first wins
Model features instead of integrating them, and everything else falls into place. For teams on AIP, Foundry is ready for the workflows usually handed to point solutions. CRM, docs, contracts—all native.
Shoutout to the team
Abhishek Chandrashekar at Aavya drove this build. He pushed OSDK and AIFDE to their limits and solved undocumented challenges to ship something truly new. As Palantir Practice Lead at Aavya, these are the moments that fuel me. Watching engineers own the platform and deliver "wow, that's all in Foundry?" results for clients.
